How to obtain service for Apollo pagers
Contact us for a RMA (Return Authorization Number) number at 800-880-9390 or email us at info@pagecommusa.com. A RMA number must accompany all product returned to us for service. Package product in secure packaging to prevent damage and loss during transit, write RMA number on outside of box. Include a packing list for the enclosed product and the problems you are experiencing. Return it to the address below by courier (U.P.S. , FedEX, U.S.P.S.).
We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during transit. Please make sure to use a courier from which you can obtain a tracking number for your shipment.
